Tyler Ninja Blevins to Host New Years Eve Special Ninjas NYE Across Twitch,

Gamer and social media star Tyler “Ninja” Blevins is hosting his own New Year’s Eve special targeted at a Gen Z audience.

Titled “Ninja’s NYE,” the event that will be streamed across Blevins’ Twitch, YouTube and TikTok channels is described as “a unique alternative live entertainment option geared toward gaming and digitally native audiences for New Year’s Eve.”

Special guest stars that will be featured in the special include fellow web stars TimTheTatman, SypherPK, DrLupo, BasicallyIDoWrk and LEGIQN.

“I’m incredibly hyped to bring my NYE party to your house,” Blevins said. “I’m super excited to ring in the New Year alongside my best friends in the community. We have had such an incredible year at Team Ninja that this is the perfect way to bring in 2024. Looking forward to seeing all of my fans and making it a one-of-a-kind experience for everyone tuning in.”

Per the synopsis for “Ninja’s NYE”: “Ninja will take audiences on a wild ride leading up to the big countdown, teaming up with his creator friends and their communities for an engaging night of fun and surprises that includes a Fortnite tournament, games like pong, marbles, and more.” Fans can look forward to giveaways and prizes, including $100 Domino’s gift cards, gaming equipment, and Ninja merchandise.

A special live episode of Blevins’ podcast “AFK w/ Ninja will be recorded during “Ninja’s NYE.”

Blevins has partnered with Domino’s Pizza as the sponsor of his inaugural New Year’s Eve special, which the Ninja team is promoting as “a Dick Clark production for the modern digital age” and “a key market for digitally native audiences.”

“We are thrilled to be a part of Ninja’s NYE party, especially as we kick off one of our busiest pizza days of the year,” Domino’s chief brand officer Kate Trumbull said. “We know that Ninja has an engaged community of gamers and fans around the world. What better way to ring in the New Year than with giveaways and special discounts on great pizzas for this exciting live event!”

GameSquare, where Blevins is chief innovation officer and recently hosted the company’s third-quarter earnings call via livestream on Twitch, is also backing the event.

“As today’s youth generation begins to dominate the consumer group, it’s important for us to pay attention to where they’re devoting their attention over the holidays,” GameSquare CEO Justin Kenna said. “The mediums of entertainment are constantly evolving, and just like any other major holiday event, the traditions of NYE will shift. ‘Ninja’s NYE’ marks a move that will shape the future of this evolution.”

The “Ninja’s NYE” special will begin streaming at 6 p.m. CT on Dec. 31 via Twitch, YouTube and TikTok.
